I am fairly certain that it was Belldandy100 of the masterbloodfer boards that was the one who did the uncensored version of Kyonew. I could be wrong, but that's where I first saw it, and they are the one that took credit for it.

Yes, it was Belldandy100. But this version is a sucky low-res resized and resaved version of his work.
